Earth Yoga
This is our foundational series: an accessible, challenging, healthy hot yoga sequence linked with breath. You will be empowered and calmed every time you practice Earth Yoga. Great for beginners and experienced students alike.
Earth Silent
The Earth Series class led silently by the teacher’s practice, with a select number of transition/directional cues only. This is a very introspective practice. It’s wise to have a few classes of Earth Yoga under your belt first, so you are familiar with the sequence.
Earth Flow
Earth Flow is a challenging sequence of postures that transition seamlessly, following a similar order each practice. You will recognize elements of Earth Yoga throughout the practice, and there are others that will take your practice to the next level: Half-Moon, Standing Splits, Crow, and more.
Earth Light 45
This is an edited Earth Yoga Series that’s 45 minutes in length. A bit shorter, but just as sweet!
Peaceful Flow
This is a gentle, calming sequence of postures flowing in a peaceful yet empowering way. This reduced-heat class will set the tone for your day, wherever your path takes you.
Energy Flow
Featuring poses linked in a fluid and challenging way, Energy Flow will offer cardiovascular, stamina-building, and muscle-strengthening benefits. Energy Flow will give you the opportunity to enjoy creative sequences while still maintaining your focus on breath.
Power Fusion
This energizing class follows a flow style and may introduce more challenging postures like arm balances. As the holds are longer and the postures are a bit more demanding, we recommend that you have completed at least 5 classes before plunging into Power.
Yang/Yin
We are all seeking balance in life. Yang/Yin reflects this yearning: the first half is a challenging flow sequence followed by a Yin-style series to truly and fully relax the mind and body. Accessible for all levels.
Yin Yoga
Long, deep holds to relax and restore joints and muscles. Practiced in reduced heat and suitable for all levels. Press the pause button and join us in Yin.
Restorative
Achieve physical, mental, and emotional relaxation with the aid of props (bolsters, blocks, cushions, blankets, etc.) Postures are held for longer periods with comfort as the goal. This practice is held in a non-heated space.
Community Class
This is Earth Yoga with offer a budget-friendly option at each of our studios weekly. The cost is $10 tax included. Of course, if you already have a current pass, you can simply attend using that pass! Or if it makes better financial sense for you, get the $10 Community Pass. No advance sign-up. Just show up!
MOKSHA Karma
Named in honour of our beloved Moksha history and our deep community roots, the Moksha Karma Class is suitable for all levels, featuring the Earth Yoga Series. Affordable at $7 per person (cash only).
One of our Elements Foundations is Offering Community: all proceeds from our Moksha Karma classes support local charity organizations and fundraising efforts.
Earth Yoga + Yin
The first half of this class offers the standing postures of Earth Yoga. We’ll start with Pranayama, bring focused attention to the spine, empower you with Warrior poses, and finish with strong and expressive balance work. The second half will slow down the pace with 30 minutes of passive poses.
ABS ON FIRE!
One hour dedicated to your abdominal and core muscles. This focused muscular work will help maintain your balance and protect your spine by transferring force and stress through your muscles, rather than to your spine. A healthy core makes for a healthier back.
The first half of class will be ALL abs — lower, upper, obliques. The second half of class will feature complementary Yin postures, balancing all of your strengthening with longer-held stretching.
