The Energy Exchange (aka Trade) program will give you the opportunity to deepen your yoga practice by giving your time, care, and loving energy to our studios.
The folks involved in our Energy Exchange Program (fondly called Trades) are an integral part of our studio family – their passion and dedication make our community so special. In exchange for working one four-hour (approximately) shift per week, either at the front desk or cleaning the studio, Trades receive unlimited yoga and other great perks!
